This form is for registered partners only, and is the fastest method for requesting an advance replacement or return for credit.
Once the form is completed, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Request is opened, and after validating,a confirmation will be emailed to the requester to print and ship with the product(s) to be returned.
Please group your return request by the product’s model number. If there

When you receive the replacement, the box will include a
return shipping label. Use the replacement box with the return shipping label to send the original
equipment back to Avigilon. You can call the carrier denoted on the label to schedule a pick up. If
any equipment has not been received by Avigilon within 30 days, you will be invoiced for the
PLEASE LABEL RMA# CLEARLY ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX.
The return shipping label expires in 30 days. Please ship the equipment to

back. Any items sent to Avigilon that are not authorized by this RMA will not be
