If the device firmware is below 2.17.0.2, upgrade to 2.17.0.3 before updating to the latest version.
Halo v2.00/2.5:
If the Halo v2.00/2.5 current firmware is below version 2.5.1, upgrade to version 2.5.1 then to version 2.8.2.3 then to version 2.17.0.3 before updating to the latest version.
If the Halo v2.00/2.5 current firmware is 2.5.1 or higher and below version 2.8.2.3, upgrade to version 2.8.2.3 then to version 2.17.0.3 before upgrading to the latest version.
HDM version 2.9.8 (or higher) is required for use with Halo devices that have firmware version 2.17 (or higher)
