Avigilon Alta Video Warranty Policies

Applicable for Avigilon Alta Cloud Connector and camera product

Avigilon Ava cameras with an active Alta Aware camera license and 3 years for any Cloud Connector which can be extended to 5 years at the point of sale or any time within the first 3 years.

End of the warranty is calculated to include 1 extra month after the product has shipped from Avigilon Alta (formerly Ava). i.e. cameras total warranty is 10 years + 1 month from date of shipping

Defective products under the warranty period will either be repaired or replaced at no cost to the Partner.

Where a replacement part or product is required, the exchanged product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.

In the event that the fault is with a part that is end of life from the manufacturer or for another reason not available, it will be replaced with an equivalent replacement part with the same or higher functional specification.

Damage or unauthorized modifications to the product voids the warranty

Service is valid only in the country in which the Avigilon Ava device was purchased. Avigilon Alta (formerly Ava) will transfer the service providing we are advised of the relocation, and that the service is available in the new location.

Any non-licensed Avigilon Ava camera will be subject to a 3 year warranty
