As facilities adjust their processes and policies to remain operational during the pandemic, public and health safety guidelines need to be followed in order to keep employees, customers and visitors safe. Facilities need to be able to quickly identify individuals who may be exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19, and respond to limit the spread of community transmissions.
Facilities can deploy efficient thermal screening measures of people at access points to proactively detect indications of elevated body temperature when entering a facility.

THE AVIGILON H4 THERMAL ELEVATED TEMPERATURE DETECTION SOLUTION
The Avigilon H4 Thermal Elevated Temperature Detection camera is embedded with edge-based analytics to detect faces, measure the temperature of the inner canthus region and notify operators if individuals exhibit indications of elevated body temperature. Powerful search tools enable you to quickly search through recorded video for elevated temperature events, so you can take action with an informed response.

Seamless Workflow
Software to acknowledge automated alarms for elevated temperature events.

Smart Analytics
Intelligently detect a person’s face, naturally ignoring irrelevant surrounding temperature signatures for a more accurate reading.

Actionable Reports
Cloud-based dashboards summarizing elevated temperature events to inform measures for improving safety at your facility.

Contactless, High Throughput Pre-screening
No-touch alternative to traditional screening tools that can screen up to 10 individuals per minute.
CONTACTLESS SCREENING IN 3 EASY STEPS

STEP 1
Proceed in single file formation for individualized screening, removing hats and glasses, and stand approximately 1-2 meters from the camera and blackbody uniform temperature reference device.

STEP 2
Remain still for 2-3 seconds as the camera detects the face and scans for indications of elevated body temperature by focusing on the inner canthus region (tear duct).

STEP 3
Temperature reading is displayed in ACC with a colored bounding box around the subject’s face. Green indicates within range, while red indicates elevated temperatures, accompanied by an alarm.
