Partners can earn up to 4%; they earn a 1% rebate by achieving their Baseline Growth Sales Target each quarter and earn an additional 1-3% rebate by achieving their Accelerator Growth Sales Target by the end of the year.* In addition, partners have the opportunity to earn on their access control sales through the Access Control Rebate program.

YOUR TWO STEP PROCESS TO REACHING MAXIMUM REWARDS

STEP ONE: BASELINE GROWTH REBATE

Achieve your Baseline Growth Sales Target to earn a 1% rebate on that quarter's sales, and unlock a portion of the additional Accelerator Growth Rebate. Each quarter’s performance is measured separately and all rewards are paid annually.

STEP TWO: ACCELERATOR GROWTH REBATE

Achieve your Accelerator Growth Sales Target by the end of the year to earn the portions of the additional rebate that were unlocked for every quarter that met the Baseline Growth Sales Target. Rewards are paid annually.
