Test Technician

Responsible for troubleshooting/ inspecting/ analyzing all internal and external failures, and documenting trends for further analysis by the engineering group.

Responsibilities

  • Debug and repair external failures.
  • Receive RMAs in ERP system.
  • Debug and repair internal failures.
  • Identify root cause of failures, document and report back to the engineering group.
  • Monitor RMA history and provide data and results per RMA issue.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • At least 2yrs working experience in a related field.
  • Experience in electronics design as well as manufacturing experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
  • Self motivated person who enjoys challenges and working in a fast-paced environment.
